Quick start
Go from zero to your first instant quote in about 15 minutes. OpenGate's AI does most of the setup for you.
1. Create your account
Sign up at usewebfactory.com/signup. The wizard asks a few short questions: your business name, what services you offer, and your website if you have one.
While you answer, OpenGate's AI gets to work. It reads your website, learns your brand colors and logo, finds your Google reviews, and builds a starting price list for your services. By the time you finish, your account is already set up.
2. Confirm what the AI built
After signup, you review three quick screens:
- Your brandLogo and colors, pulled from your website. Swap them if they look off.
- Your servicesA starting catalog with prices. You can edit every number.
- Your quote flowThe questions customers answer to get their instant price.
3. Check your prices
Go to Catalog in the app. This is your price list. Every instant quote uses these numbers, so make sure they match what you really charge. See Services & pricing for details.
4. Try your own estimator
Open Quick Quote (the home of the Tools tab). Type any address — try your own house. Watch the satellite measure the lawn and price the job. This is exactly what your customers will see.
5. Share your quote link
Every account gets a personal quote page with its own link. Send it in texts, put it in your Google Business profile, or add it to your ads. On a paid plan you can also embed it right on your own website. See Share & embed.
