Reading a conversation
Pick a conversation in the left list to read it. You'll see exactly what the customer saw, including how emails looked in their inbox. Search and filters help you find a thread fast.
Sending a message
Use Compose to email a customer directly from the app. Replies go to your own email address, so the conversation continues where you already work.
Why it matters
- See what automations said. Every automatic follow-up is right here — no mystery messages.
- Catch hot leads. A chat that asked about pricing is a lead worth calling today.
- One history. When a customer says "you emailed me last week," you can see exactly what they mean.
