Invoices & payments

Do the work, send the invoice, get paid — without chasing checks. Customers pay online by card in a couple of taps.

First: connect payouts

Go to Payments in the app and connect your bank through Stripe, the payment company trusted by millions of businesses. It takes a few minutes. After that, card payments flow to your bank account automatically.

  2. Add your line itemsServices, quantities, prices, and any notes.
  3. Preview everythingThree tabs show exactly what the customer gets: the invoice PDF, the email, and the payment page.
  4. SendThe customer gets a clean, branded email with a "Pay now" button.

How customers pay

The email's button opens a simple payment page. The customer enters their card and pays — on any device, no account needed. You'll see the invoice flip to Paid in the app the moment it happens.

  • Each payment is linked to the customer's contact and job.
  • Payouts and card fees are handled by Stripe; see your payout schedule in the Payments area.
