The calendar is where quotes turn into planned work. See your whole week, move things with a drag, and keep every visit on time.

Month and week views

Open Calendar in the app. The month view shows the big picture; the week view shows your day-by-day plan. Drag an event to a new day or time to reschedule it — done.

Creating an event

1. Click a time slotOr use the new-event button.
2. Pick the typeA job visit, an estimate, a meeting — you can set up your own event types with colors.
3. Attach the customerLink a contact so the address and details ride along.
4. Assign your peopleChoose who's doing the work.

Repeating visits

Lawn care runs on repeat. Set an event to recur — weekly mowing, monthly treatments — and the calendar fills in the whole series. Change one visit or the whole series, your choice.

Online booking

Customers can request time with you as part of a quote, and those requests land on your calendar for approval. You stay in control of your schedule.

Tips

• Batch jobs by neighborhood to cut windshield time. Tags help here.
• Event reminders go out automatically, so fewer customers forget you're coming.
